A top real estate team in the Mahoning Valley is looking to hire a Transaction Coordinator! You will be responsible for the effective management of real estate transactions from contract to close at a top real estate team in the mahoning valley.
- Work with Mortgage companies, title companies, Real estate agents, and clients to process files and move through Contract to Closing.
- Maintain contact with clients and keep them updated throughout the transaction.
- Put sytems in place that make transactions seamless
- Previous experience working in the Real Estate industry
- Knowledge of common practices in Mortgage Lending and Real Estate Transactions
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new policies
- Strong Time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to operate with a high level of ethical standards and confidentiality
- Strong computer skills required.
