A top real estate team in the Mahoning Valley is looking to hire a Transaction Coordinator! You will be responsible for the effective management of real estate transactions from contract to close at a top real estate team in the mahoning valley.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Mortgage companies, title companies, Real estate agents, and clients to process files and move through Contract to Closing.
  • Maintain contact with clients and keep them updated throughout the transaction.
  • Put sytems in place that make transactions seamless

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in the Real Estate industry
  • Knowledge of common practices in Mortgage Lending and Real Estate Transactions
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new policies
  • Strong Time management skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to operate with a high level of ethical standards and confidentiality
  • Strong computer skills required.
