Campaign Integration Manager

I. BASIC FUNCTIONS: The CIM will provide consultative support regarding marketing, communication, and compliance guidance to both internal and external customers. Candidate will provide process capabilities and solutions for clients' marketing activities and programs.

II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong Pharmaceutical Industry knowledge, with an understanding of the regulatory process
• Oversee digital marketing assets/campaigns targeting healthcare professionals
• Interaction with clients' Marketing Managers to facilitate development of solutions to meet objectives
• Develop project lifecycle standards and product policies and procedures
• Participation in client presentations and/or industry events as required
• Provide Project Management
• Experience with Digital assets (web, email) a plus
• Display behavior and judgment that consistently upholds Hibbert ACT values.
• All other duties/ responsibilities as deemed appropriate by management.

III. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Advertising Agency experience preferred along with a good understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience supporting HCP marketing campaigns.
• General technical understanding of marketing database technology.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of direct marketing processes, and knowledge and expertise in customer data management.
• Candidate must have solid Project Management/Vendor Management and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relational technology with the ability to analyze, interpret and communicate findings to internal/external business partners.
• Experience with Pharma regulatory is necessary.
• Project Management certification helpful.

IV. QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years experience in Marketing and with Vendor/Project Management and one year Project Analyst, Project Manager or related experience. Some work experience in the pharmaceutical or Regulated industry is necessary.
