Full time, 10.75/hr (paid on a weekly basis) + full benefits.

Job Description:

o Assist Site Functional Managers with vehicle counts, lot checks, assignment of special equipment.

o Prompt and courteous in addressing questions or concerns regarding availability of fleet.

o Coordinate vehicle registration renewals.

o Expected to communicate with their manager and keep them informed of any problems or issues that arise

o Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

o Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.

o Ability to work under stressful conditions.

o Perform other duties as assigned to meet business requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

Job Qualifications:

Educational Background

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Professional Experience

  • 1- 2 years customer service experience required.

Basic Qualifications

o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks.

o Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

o Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

o Ability to maintain objective behavior when working with frequent customer (internal/external) interaction

o Strong time management and organizational skills

o Ability to use a desktop computer and office suite software packages including Outlook

o Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; and work overtime as required

o Work outdoors during all weather conditions

o Lift up to 25 pounds

o Stand or sit for long periods of time

o Proficiency in English.

o Must have a valid driver's license, be 20 years of age, with an acceptable driving record

Physical Requirements:

  • Applicant must possess all hearing, speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above. The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following such as sitting, standing, speaking, hearing, writing, typing,filing, seeing, and reading. Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, and fax machine are required.
