Compensation:

This role is paid through commission only. We know that can be scary for some, so we will guide you through a plan for your success!

We expect an agent on our team to make $75,000 or more after the first year, there is no cap on what you can make! In your first year, you can expect to make about $50,000.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $100,000+

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting for new and future business
  • Follow up with leads and maintain an accurate pipeline
  • Schedule appointments
  • Convert appointments to clients
  • Write and negotiate contracts and repairs
Qualifications:
  • Heart of a Teacher
