Position Summary:

The Executive Assistant works to enhance the effectiveness of an executive or senior-level management employee by managing calendars, booking travel, meeting and event arrangements as well as preparing reports, financial data, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Primary Job Duties:
  • Perform array of administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel booking, and scheduling
  • Ensure the executive is prepared for member calls with thorough research, talking points, and assisting with any material preparation
  • Communicate proactively and professionally on behalf of the executive when interacting with Members and Member organizations
  • Anticipate needs of leadership and other team members to help projects stay on track, resolving issues or barriers ahead of time
  • Use knowledge of the business, current company initiatives, and the executive's priorities to make decisions and recommendations and project management
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to support organizational communications, key initiatives, project planning, and building efficiency into existing operations
  • Work with the People & Culture team to facilitate engagement, rewards, and recognition
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders on projects as needs arise

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ years in project management or executive assisting

Compensation:

Pay starting from $50,000 and up per year plus benefits.
