Job DescriptionTHE HATCH GROUP was founded in 2011 as a landscape design company and has grown the past ten years to include multiple divisions such as paving, sealcoating, asphalt maintenance and snow removal in addition to landscape. We strive to utilize the latest in machinery and technology to provide our customers all across the nation with high quality, timely, efficient, and dependable risk management solutions in the field and the office alike.We are a Commercial Asphalt and Snow Management group looking for a full time, responsible, and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Applicants must be comfortable with multi-line phone systems, self-motivated, independent and a team player!Responsibilities include but not limited to:Answer and maintain a multi-line phone systemSchedule appointments for our estimating teamGenerate sealcoat estimatesMake outbound calls to keep in constant communication with our customers and vendors regarding quotes, scheduling...

deposits, etc.Process and record snow service requestsBasic data entryReports directly to Administrative Account ManagerSummer Hours:Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM (occasional Saturday hours required)Winter Hours:Employees required to be available 24/7 during snow events including nights, weekends and holidays. When a snow event is not occurring, or does not require overnight staffing, regular hours will be Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00PM
