The Licensing & Contracting Department is seeking a
highly motivated individual to join our team.
This customer facing role will be accountable to develop productive
relationships with employee and/or independent agency customers. Collaboration, teamwork and the ability to
effectively balance workload with regulatory requirements will be critical to
+ Processing:Hands-on technical work for high volume transactions.Functional team alignment will determine thespecific transactional areas of accountability; contracting, employeelicensing, agency/producer licensing
+ Responsible for reviewing data in all related databases toensure consistency in information and compliance with company and regulatoryguidelines.
+ Coordinate activities for all supporting tasks; new and maintenance activities associated to contracts, licenses, and appointments as applicable.
+ Prioritizes workload based on varying service requirements and customer needs of different activities/transactions
+ Monitors work performance to ensure productivity, quality and service commitments are achieved
+ Will act as a resource or contact for staff and otherbusiness partners as it relates to functions and work processes.
+ Host "Meet and Greet" and "Pre-Licensing" sessions with newcustomers and as applicable to functional accountability.
+ Supports employees and independent agents in gatheringdocuments to meet licensing regulatory guidelines. May require one on one meetingsessions with licensee, leadership, and/or Employee Relations.
+ Manages incoming customer calls; strives for first contactresolution
+ Identifies and actively contributes to process improvementinitiatives.
+ Work closely with leadership on process changes and problemresolution activities.
+ Some project involvement relating to particular topics suchas, but not limited to; licensing, appointment, legal, continuing education andmarket conduct analysis

+ Knowledge of state insurance license and continuingeducation requirements a plus
+ Must be able to work 8:30-5pm Monday - Friday
