- Responsible for oversight of accurate and timely completion of assigned damage appraisals and the most economical means of repair or replacement, when necessary, helping establish Total Loss values and handling complaints
- Triage and utilize multiple estimating channel options quickly and efficiently
- Accountabilities include properly assessing the indemnity and expense exposure, providing outstanding customer service, operating within a team environment, and continuous self-development
- Also the flexibility to travel when required, to attend meetings and catastrophe duty
- Must have Auto Estimating and prior claim experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, building credibility and gaining trust while operating with integrity at all times
- The ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to keep on task with minimal direct supervision
- The applicable state's adjuster's license or commitment to obtain a license if required by state
