WORK ARRANGEMENTS OFFERING ONSIGHT AND WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBILITY
- 1 to 2 days/week at office location - 1010 Westhaven Blvd Suite 102 Franklin, TN
MONTHLY BASE SALARY WITH UNCAPPED NEW BUSINESS COMMISSION (Range):
- 80% Commission with all Insurance lines - No salary base
- 60% Commission with all Insurance lines - $1,000 salary/month
- 40% Commission with all Insurance lines - $2,000 salary/month
OPPORTUNITY TO EARN RENEWAL COMMISSION BASED ON AGENCY GROWTH ACHIEVEMENT
- Eligible after one year of service
- Demonstrated consistency in meeting established quote and new business goals
PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
- 1-3 Years = 3 weeks vacation, 3+ years = 4 weeks vacation
SIGN ON/HIRING BONUS
- $500 for each insurance license earned - (Property, Casualty, L:ife, Health)
- The Hanna agency will reimburse expenses related to earning insurance licenses

OFFICE SNACKS AND COFFEE
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Resides in Middle TN, preferably in the Franklin area
