Job Description
The HT Group has partnered with a prominent company in Downtown Austin who is seeking for a Bilingual Member Service Representative. The right candidate will possess excellent organization skills and the ability to work along all levels of executives.
This is a Hybrid role in Austin, TX.
Job Description:
- The Bilingual Member Service Rep will provide support to members via different types of media: Chat, Email and Phone
- Respond to inquiries in a prompt manner.
- Update, review and verify data.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing members.
- Other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (B.A or B.S preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of Call Center Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Bilingual- English & Spanish
