Job Description

The HT Group has partnered with a prominent company in Downtown Austin who is seeking for a Bilingual Member Service Representative. The right candidate will possess excellent organization skills and the ability to work along all levels of executives.

This is a Hybrid role in Austin, TX.

Job Description:

  • The Bilingual Member Service Rep will provide support to members via different types of media: Chat, Email and Phone
  • Respond to inquiries in a prompt manner.
  • Update, review and verify data.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing members.
  • Other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (B.A or B.S preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of Call Center Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Bilingual- English & Spanish
