The HT Group is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Beaumont. This is a temp to hire position. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Pay is $16-$18/hr. DOE.

Responsibilities:
  • Approving inventory invoices for payment
  • General ledger coding of inventory invoices
  • Printing accounts payable checks
  • Preparing bills and reports for online bill pay or ACH
  • Processing manual checks
  • Filing accounts payable documentation
  • Maintaining vendor W-9 forms
  • Perform other clerical or computer tasks deemed necessary by management
  • Moderate to heavy data entry

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience in Accounts Payable
  • 2+ years' experience in Heavy Data Entry
  • Previous invoicing experience
  • Previous experience with General Ledger Coding of inventory invoices
  • Experience preparing bills and reports for online bill pay or ACH
  • Experience maintaining vendor W-9 forms
  • Computer Literate - including Microsoft Office Suite (testing required)
  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
