Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Primary reception/front desk for client (In-Person)
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the Culture and Talent (CAT) team’s Employee Engagement functions and duties
  • Coordinate tasks related to the organization’s performance management program, including for individual goal setting, evaluations, calibrations, and competency models
  • Support start-of-year and mid-year personnel changes
  • Manage logistics and tracking for internal supervisor meetings and trainings, such as planning and scheduling new supervisor and ongoing supervisor trainings
  • Support retention, performance improvement, and employee separation programs
  • Facilitate deployment of all people-based surveys focused on staff satisfaction, DEI, and orientation
  • Manage the Exit Interview Calendar
  • Design and implement changes to the CAT team’s intranet site
  • Post all relevant CAT related content to the main firm intranet and communication channels
  • Administer the firm’s gift system, policies, and programs, including for birthdays, anniversaries, and special events (Snappy)
  • Create the Monthly Newsletter
  • Maintain and send Captain’s Awards Budget Reminders
  • Support New Hire Projects, as needed
  • Administer the Buddy Match program

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide ad hoc support to the other team’s functions as needed
  • Run people-based metrics reports from HR information systems regularly and as requested


To Be Successful in this Role You Will Need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be an effective organizer and planner, and possess strong customer service skills
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously, set priorities and accomplish tasks, research and resolve problems, and follow through on projects and assignments
