The Great Greek is a growing fast casual chain serving fresh, authentic, homemade flavors of Greek food. We are currently recruiting for personnel who are excited to get on board and grow with our company. Our new location is in Aurora, CO.
We are looking for experienced Line Cooks who would like to grow with us. The candidate should be able to cook and follow instructions to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. They should be familiar with sanitation regulations. Has the ability to train, develop, and create a culture for success.
Job Requirements and Areas of Responsibility
- Knowledge of all work stations and ready to work on any station as needed
- Overall responsibility as a team member for the kitchen’s daily operations.
- Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
- Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
