Calling all Actors/Actresses/Freelancers seeking office work to supplemental their income!!! Our client is seeking candidates to add to their temp pool to cover Reception as needed. This is an on-going long term opportunity for candidates who can be on-call.
Ideally looking for a polished professional with an outgoing upbeat personality!
- Serve as office liaison at front desk; cordially receive guests, managing security check-in;
- Co-ordinate schedules for conference rooms, appointments for key personnel; manage office maintenance appointments;
- Provide professional communication answering main phone lines: screening appropriately, as well as answering questions and addressing complaints;
- Assist with general office upkeep; maintaining reception, pantry, conference rooms, and communal spaces; manage the ordering and budget for office supplies;
- Assist with the coordination of meetings and events: ordering business meals, prepare materials, and set-up and clean-up for in-office corporate meetings, events, and evening receptions;
- Assist with the performance of various executive, managerial, and administrative tasks, such as database maintenance, data entry and mailings.
