The Good Feet Store is searching for energetic, results-oriented individuals who desire a long-term career in sales, focusing on customer satisfaction. We are hiring Sales Consultants, commission sales experience helpful but not required, for our stores. If you are looking for a position where you can truly make a difference in someone’s quality of life, then this is the position for you! Sales Consultant positions are full-time. Store hours are Monday – Saturday 10 am – 6 pm, and Sundays 12:00 – 5 pm. Consultants address customer inquiries with expert product knowledge and deliver consistent and exceptional customer service. Engage with customers throughout our product fitting process and politely and professionally address guests’ questions. Conduct follow-up on all sales made to customers. Achieve personal and company sales goals. Our ideal candidate has retail sales or general sales experience, but we will train the right personality. MUST have great people skills to succeed!
