The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking a responsible, dependable, motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Preschool Lead Teacher.
Job requirements include following state and Goddard regulations, successful classroom management using developmentally appropriate practices, implementing lesson plans in academic and enrichment subject areas, student assessment and portfolio documentation, parent communication, and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing classroom environment. Candidates should be able to lift 35 pounds, sustain high level of activity, bend, stoop and sit on the floor. Lead teacher candidates must have a CDA, Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education as well as experience working in a center or group atmosphere. All candidates must possess excellent communication skills, creativity, strong work ethic, positive energy and enthusiasm about early childhood education. Focus on teamwork and customer service required!
