Who You Are

Do you own multiple planners and/or journals, and enjoy writing and organizing almost more than watching TV, but not more than cheese? Do you have interests and hobbies outside of work that you love to share with others? Do you love laughing and learning while also doing good for people that you have strong working relationships with? If any of this sounds like you, step into our virtual office! The Get Smart Group is looking for cross-disciplinary candidates who bring a variety of skills to the table and have a passion for working collaboratively to help others.

Who We Are

The Get Smart Group is a diverse team consisting of multitalented, strategic, and creative individuals who thoroughly enjoy working together to serve our clients. We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who will oversee our stellar team of Account Executives who are all motivated, detail-oriented, focused, positive, and organized individuals who manage multiple client accounts at our growing digital marketing agency. As Senior Account Manager, you would have your own amazing client roster to manage, too. Party parrot enthusiasts and gif wizards are strongly encouraged to apply!

This is a full-time position for a virtual employee to be trained remotely. We will train you by working side by side with you on real client accounts as you learn our systems, processes, and skills over the first 3 months. Once fully trained (usually within 6 months), you will take ownership of your clients’ success and be the main touchpoint for each of your clients. All members of our team exemplify The Get Smart Group’s mission and values. What does that look like, you ask? We are committed to innovatively building and empowering our client’s businesses by repeatedly delivering more than is expected with honesty and integrity. We strive to continually grow individually and as a team, and we believe that character trumps talent. Read more about our values here and if you’re feeling really extra, choose one that you feel resonates particularly with you.
