Receive a salary (plus commission!) in real estate while serving as an inside sales agent (ISA). To be specific, this is much more of a service role than it is a sales role. This role involves leadership, management, a great eye for detail, a strong commitment to systems, and a friendly/personable demeanor on the phone.

Real Estate Prospector and Lead Screening Position ISA

  • We have too many leads to follow up - we need you to convert these leads into sales.
  • Are your phone skills worth over $50,000 per year?
  • Can you build relationships through diligent follow-up?
  • We will provide the leads, you get to convert them. 
  • Balance of In Office and Work from Home Flexibility

The Inside Sales Agent prospects for new clients, cultivate client relationships, sets client appointments, and manages all leads within the contact management database. Calls are made each day to reach potential clients, obtain the necessary information to qualify them for an appointment, and schedule meetings with the listing and/or buyer specialist.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer and client experience through executive-level CRM
  • Being passionate about setting appointments through outbound calling
  • Supervise and manage agents to ensure they are delivering quality service throughout the transaction
  • Manage the customer experience by serving as a concierge for potential home buyers and sellers. This involves numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages daily
  • 40 - 50% of the job entails conversations with potential buyers/sellers AND agents on the team
  • A wicked passion for creating and delivering a system of success will craft some unlimited wealth for you
