Job Description

We are seeking to hire a legal assistant to handle miscellaneous administrative duties, as well as serve as a backup receptionist at a busy law firm.


Job Responsibilities

·         Answering a multi-line phone system, take notes and/or messages and redirect calls to the appropriate individuals

·         Greet and assist clients and visitors

·         Maintain calendar of conference room reservations

·         Assist with new client intake

·         Perform routine clerical duties and other miscellaneous legal duties as assigned


Job Requirements

·         Minimum of one-year law firm experience

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

·         Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality

·         Possess an adaptable and pleasant demeanor and readily adjust to changes in firm policies and procedures

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Intermediate computer skills required
