Job Description

The Sales Representative will be responsible for continuing and developing client (university) relationships along with meeting company sales goals. The Sales Rep will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

A successful Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying potential new customers (universities) and develop campaigns

  • Conduct initial contact to new leads and applicants

  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities

  • Generate leads and closing sales

  • Deliver professional presentations and uphold ideals/standards of our company

  • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (ex. web traffic and ranking)

  • Constantly strive to meet all sales/marketing goals and exceed customer expectations

WHAT IT TAKES:

  • An enthusiastic, career-minded representative, with strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork

  • Experience and passion for achieving goals

  • Have a creative and effective sales approach and methodology for experienced-based sales/products

  • Be motivated by creating positive customer experiences and customer-centric approaches

  • Ability to build and cultivate relationships via phone and through email

  • Presentation skills

*Must have excellent interpersonal, communications, multi-tasking, analytical skills, and CRM experience a plus. We are seeking a person with a strong work ethic, loves problem-solving, has a high integrity and low ego, and someone who is motivated by the customers' success!
