French Steel Company is looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization, as well as managing our online marketing initiative. We are new to the DC area and are in the midst of an exciting growth period. French Steel Company (www.frenchsteel.com / @frenchsteelco) has been operating in Atlanta since 2004 just due to high market demand we've recently opened an office in DC, in the Dupont Circle area. We're looking to hire someone to manage our office, part-time to start with, and grow with us as a company here in DC.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee internet marketing efforts
  • Manage and organize records such as contracts, drawings, customer order forms, and other information
  • Handle scheduling of product installations
  • Offer customer support to customers that call in
  • Assist in the growth of our dealer network

ā€‹Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services (Especially construction/contracting)
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Creativity and basic knowledge of marketing
