Sales Associate

$75k to $85k range

Duties:

• Seek out new opportunities
• Meet with prospective clients to evaluate security needs
• Design and develop security system layouts and proposals
• Consult with Manufacturer's reps on new technology and industry developments
• Work with sub-contractors and general contractors on new construction system installs
• Work closely with other technicians during system installation
• Manage customer expectations and communicate job progress
• Work closely with company staff to maintain and service account
• Maintain rapport with customers by examining problems and identifying solutions

Education/Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Must possess a thorough understanding of Video Surveillance Equipment (Helpful)
• Must possess a thorough understanding of Access Control Systems (Helpful)
• Familiarity with Computer Networking and Networking Concepts (Helpful)
• Ability to Read Building Schematics (Helpful)

• Must be able to follow procedures
• Must have excellent communication skills with co-workers, supervisors, and clients

 Pay:  Base $3,000 per month plus 25% commission.
