· Will resolve questions and troubleshoot an array of issues related to billing, account setup, campaign performance, and advertising policies.
· You will also be proactively reaching out to prospective customers via Twitter, emails, phone, and chat.
· You will also help the team establish new channels of customer support and streamline new workflows.
· Excellent verbal and written communication in English and comfortable with online communication tools
· Exceptionally resourceful; fearless in mining available knowledge bases to find answers
· Data driven, technical, proactive and curious
· A passion for technology and problem solving
· Experience using Salesforce, Excel, preforming IT support and customer service is an absolute must.
