Knows what it takes to successfully build and execute change management programs for large-scale
7+ years of work experience with 2-3 years of direct change management experience, defining change management initiatives and risk assessment/mitigation planning for large-scale, high visibility projects.
Experience working in the Marketing department.
Experience creating and implementing change impact assessments, stakeholder management plans, change implementation plans, change capacity assessments, communications materials, change scorecards and readiness assessments, organization assessment approaches, organizational design work and learning materials to support design and delivery.
