My name is Larry, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Portuguese) for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in San Francisco, CA. Details for the position are as follows:
- The successful candidate will resolve questions and troubleshoot an array of issues related to billing, account setup, campaign performance, and advertising policies.
- You will also be proactively reaching out to prospective customers via company application, emails, phone, and chat.
- You will also help the team establish new channels of customer support and streamline new workflows.
- Must be bilingual in Portuguese and English.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer/client/tech support related role.
- Experience working in a customer/client-facing environment.
- Salesforce.com knowledge is a plus.
