Our boutique investment client located in NYC is seeking a Executive Support Engineer for their team. This person will be responsible for supporting about plus 90 users at all levels including high level executives. This position will require extensive executive white-glove support that includes providing remote and in person/hands-on support with all desktops, laptops, mobile, phones, and servers within the company.
This position requires at least 5 years of hands-on experience within the following:
A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Investment or financial services experience will be highly considered.
Interfacing with high-profile executives
Handheld devices including Android, iPhone/iPad
Server administration including user management, permissions, etc.
Upgrading software and systems within planned downtime windows
Upgrading device firmware as needed
Identifying and responding proactively to needs of users
Creating and maintaining documentation
Packaging and deploying operating systems, applications, and patches
