Responsibilities of our Administrative/Accounting Support Associate:
- Process payments to vendors in a timely manner
- Generate purchase orders, schedule, and track shipments, and receive them in the system
- Work with the project manager to invoice, apply payments and make collection calls as needed
- Review payroll hours daily to identify missing hours, time coded incorrectly, etc.
- Work closely with project manager to enter sales order information and collect all information from customer necessary to start a project
- Support the physical inventory process by inputting data into system from inventory cycle counts and working to resolve any variances found
- Receive incoming phone calls in relation to access control service. Enter orders and send out to the team in a timely manner
- Provide a high level of service internally to our associates and externally to our customers
- Any other administrative duties that may be required
Qualifications for our Administrative/Accounting Support Associate:
- Experience in work related to account management
- AAS in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer proficiency required, specifically Excel and database programs
