Job Description


A flexible utility player who performs a variety of duties including assembly of tax returns, performing client’s service requests such as movement of funds and updates to beneficiaries, preparing account paperwork, etc. Additional tasks may include: scheduling of client meetings, answering phone calls, greeting clients, preparation of documents, managing supplies and many other functions leading towards the creation of positive client experiences, and fulfillment of our mission. The goal of a person in this role is to assist team members to create great client experiences and to support the operations of the firm.

Job Requirements

Industry Experience - Flexible, 1-3 years business experience preferred

Education - Some higher education/college preferred

Skills and Knowledge

·    Microsoft Office familiarity, especially with Excel

·    Strong technology skills and drive toward adoption

·    Strong multi-tasking skills with an enjoyment of a fast paced environment

·    Detail-oriented

·    Familiarity with CRM Systems
