Salary Range: Wage is $85k - $100k.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Fedcap Group is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager to oversee different initiatives within the business, ensuring requirements and deadlines are met within budgetary guidelines.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr Project Manager will introduce process and methodology through multiple enterprise business and technical initiatives. Collaborate and coordinate with other units, partners, and vendors to ensure the successful development and execution of projects. Ensure project outcomes align and enable achievement of business goals; actively seek out user feedback with internal and external stakeholder groups and identify opportunities to improve the overall impact of projects and initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to effectively manage project timelines and dependencies.
- Facilitate project kickoff meetings, regular status updates, and project review sessions to ensure effective communication and alignment among team members.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project success or timeline.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting effective teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and providing financial reports as required.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Software Skills:
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tool
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus
Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Work Conditions: This is a remote position
Special Schedule: Normal schedule is standard business hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm; At times, must be willing to work more than 40 hours per week as driven by operational needs.
Travel Demands: Occasional travel may be required as needed to support the objectives of business units within portfolio
Job Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Personal Qualities:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, fostering collaboration, motivation, and performance.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
