The marketing coordinator will support the SVP/GM, La Mer/Aveda/Le Labo Travel Retail Worldwide with all administrative needs. The coordinator will also support the La Mer Marketing team, playing a key role in the development and execution of the TR business.
•Reports to Director, Marketing to support operational marketing needs across La Mer which will require communication and coordination with cross-function team members including Global Marketing, GBSC (global supply chain), GSR (global supplier relations), Creative, Design, Packaging, Lachen (supply chain) and Regional Teams
•Maintain Regional Assortment along with Marketing Manager. Work closely with TR D2R Team in submitting all files necessary to update assortment
•Prepare and issue forecast proposals for all new launches/events.
•Manage Supply Restriction and Event Recap files in coordination with Manager,
•The coordination of all Marketing-related support materials for SCM (sales cycle meetings) retailer meetings (e.g. product, comps, lab samples, visuals, etc.)
•Responsible for developing and issuing the go to market launch deck 3 months prior to OCD (on counter date) for any travel retail specific campaigns
•Responsible for maintaining product closet. Includes ordering all newness, ensuring gift items are always available for VIPs, retailer meetings
•Responsible for competitive closet which requires tracking of all competitive products collected and will keep a log of the date/price/location of where the product was purchased.
•Supports Director and Marketing Manager with coordination and development of special events, education programs and TR digital/social campaigns.
•Responsible for non-saleable process and maintenance. Liaise with Lachen and Regional Marketing teams regarding all Non-Saleable inquiries. Maintain non-saleable file
•Newness pricing master data process
•Issues Country of Origins File seasonally
•Special Projects in coordination with Marketing Director & Marketing manager
•Prepare and manage Senior Vice Presidents travel schedule, and meetings calendar
•Prepare and manage Senior Vice President and Executive Director expense reports
•Support team with various administrative needs - order supplies and manage meeting planning for weekly/monthly meeting set-ups, office orders, regional product requests
•Organize and manage any regional meetings, as needed (coordination of attendees hotel, travel and meeting requirements)
•1-3 years of related experience.
•Bachelors degree required.
•Candidate should be independent, well organized, a team player, be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Must be a good communicator, possess analytical skills, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail and excellence in execution.
•Advanced MS excel, word and powerpoint skills.
•Candidate should have a passion for the beauty industry and makeup trends.
•International exposure a plus.
