Job Description

This is a grassroots company that I run from my home in Valencia, CA. My name is Jessica and I have a really successful Etsy shop that I cannot keep up with. Our office is very laid-back, wear what you want and easy going but also very busy. I need help as the company is growing! Excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a quickly growing company! MUST like cats!


We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, must have a great attitude. Candidates should be able to assist in handling office tasks, providing excellent assistance via e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as an administrative assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, administrative assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
    • High School degree
