Training Production Coordinator

Ensures quality control of the training process from scheduling through delivery. Oversee and manage the logistics for training sessions.

Training Coordinator

  • Work with trainer and client to prepare training agendas
  • Maintain training module matrix, to be able to efficiently prepare training session materials
  • Prepare training session PowerPoint slide shows after determining needs with the trainers.
  • Prepare and send pre-training materials to the client and coordinate receipt and update of training participant lists and sign-in sheets.
  • Backup client services manager to prepare workbooks for training sessions.
  • Assist Managing DirectorCOO with client proposals as needed
  • Serve as back-up camera operator

Logistics

  • Work with AV Manager and Client Services Manager to ensure training sessions run smoothly and seamlessly, including:
    • Verifying catering services are ordered and set-up – serve as back-up for Client Services Manager to set-up and order lunches as needed
    • Camera operators are scheduled and serve as back-up to videotape sessions as needed
    • Rooms are set-up for training sessions.
    • Serve as backup for Client Services Manager for front-desk operations
    • Work with trainers to complete training agenda & PowerPoint
    • Ensure that the post-training surveys and participants are included in the Salesforce booking sheet.

Training Coordinator

  • Backup client services manager to make bank deposits and forward information to the finance department

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, management preferred (experience in lieu of degree will be considered)
  • Two years of office operational experience
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and management skills

  • Excellent writing, grammar and communication skills - comfortable communicating with all levels
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, InDesign, Salesforce, CanvaPublisher, Excel, with a willingness to learn other software, social media, electronics etc.
  • Ability to lift 10-15 pounds and stand for camera operations
