The Columbus Organization is expanding its team of psychologists in California. Interviews are now being scheduled for a Forensic Psychologist serving the counties of Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo in an outpatient, community-based setting.

Job Responsibilities for Forensic Psychologist:

• To serve as a liaison in each county (Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo) with Behavioral Health.
• To serve as a liaison in each county with the local courts (inclusive of forging relationships with DAs and judges)
• Has the ability to conduct and review Competency Assessments as well as Risk Assessments
• Be available for case management reviews for individuals being supported by TCRC.
• Experience with dually diagnoses individuals (D/ID and MH)

Job Requirements for Forensic Psychologist:

• Graduate of an accredited educational institution with a doctorate in psychology and two years of clinical experience.
• Licensed as a psychologist by the State Board of Medical Examiners
