We are looking for future owners and partners to join our healthy and successful organization? We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager in our DC Metro regional office. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting; the gatekeeper to our goal: "To be the most sought after in the markets we serve.". You will work with hiring managers to understand the business needs and help find the best candidate. The exciting thing about this role is that it is an integral part of building our Talent Acquisition capability.

Essential Job Function

  1. Lead full lifecycle of the hiring process from initial recruitment through hire.
  2. Update job descriptions, post jobs, source candidates, review resumes, coordinate and interview candidates, and perform offer recommendations.
  3. Consult with hiring managers to drive the hiring process, providing feedback, and advice throughout the process.
  4. Find and build networks in all areas in the community (universities, clubs, chambers, community organizations, etc.).
  5. Partner with our Marketing Department to build social media campaigns to target new applicants. Creating the content and cadence of postings.
  6. Source for passive candidates utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
  7. Leverage creative thinking and problem solving to continuously change the way we attract talent.
  8. College recruiting oversight. Works closely with hiring managers for attracting interns and entry level full-time candidates.
  9. Maintains company recruiting materials and supplies.
  10. Contribute to ad hoc HR projects.
  11. Foster our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion culture.

Expected Hours of Work

Full time position. Occasional extended hours and weekends may apply.


Occasional travel (local and out of town over-night stays) is required.

Required Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum five (3) years recruiting or sourcing; including internship experience.
  3. Excellent communication and relationship skills with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  4. Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach in a highly dynamic work culture and environment.
  5. Uncompromised commitment to the highest level of confidentiality.

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Deep understanding of applicant tracking systems.

  1. Detail-oriented, effective organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  2. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management in a professional and highly dynamic corporate environment.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship building capacity with internal team members at different levels in the organization as well as external partners.
  6. Confident, consultative style in expressing opinions in a collaborative work environment.
  7. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.
