The Children's Institute is seeking a Patient Access Representative who demonstrates a strong understanding of clinical practices, workflows, and standards as it relates to client care and effective business practices while providing excellent personalized service. The Service Ambassador is the first point of contact for clients at The Children's Institute regarding care navigation. Responds to client inquiries to promote CI comprehensive services to meet clients' needs or potential client needs. Schedules appointments, collects co-pays/deductibles and ensures that this information is available for client care providers and internal staff.


High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three years health care or customer service experience is required. Obtain certification in CPR and First Aid (will provide training). Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within health care field. Act 33/34 Clearances; FBI Clearance
