The Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CCBT) is seeking Psychologists, LISWs or LPCCs as we expand our service access from our five offices AND our enhanced co-location services inside Adult Medicine or Pediatrician offices. We are partnered with Central Ohio Primary Care. We are seeking provider with experience in pain management, anxiety/depression, and/or child/adolescent populations. All those hired will be required to complete a 3-day CEU course on behavioral health integrated into medical services. CCBT is open to part-time but is prefers full-time candidates. Providers in CCBT often spend part of their work time in primary care offices, with much of the time spent in one of our five locations (Dayton, Marion, Westerville, Dublin or Gahanna). The position includes availability of employer-sponsored health insurance (full-time employees only), employer-sponsored vision/dental insurance (full-time employees only), Simple IRA with up-to 3% match after two years of employment, and free Continuing Education provided by CCBT to its providers. Pay range is full-time, based on degree, licensure, years of experience, and experience in healthcare settings, with a minimum starting salary of $60,000 for those independently licensed. Candidates must have experience in the use of Electronic Health Records. Providers with existing insurance credentialing may be eligible for a signing bonus, and successful candidates will receive a longevity bonus after 12 months of employment meeting agreed upon productivity requirements.
