Maintenance Technician - Maintenance Worker

• Assists with plumbing, carpentry, drywall and electrical repairs.
• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensures the property's efficient operation on a day-to-day basis.
• Plan and execute effective preventive maintenance program.
• Submits purchase orders for parts and supplies
• Maintain shop appearance to standards to facilitate quick assessment of supply inventory.
• Adheres to and complies with company safety policies and rules.
• Inspect exterior and interior of the property.
• Complete special projects as may be assigned and prioritized by the On-site manager.
• Exterior / Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair
• Lift 20-50 lbs
• All other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, or 2+ Years of general maintenance background preferred.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Knowledge of HVAC is a plus.
• Basic knowledge on proper and safety use of maintenance hand tools
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
• Must be able to work flexible day and night shifts.
• Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check.
• Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
