WHO WE NEED

As a Park on Call Agent, you will use cutting-edge technology to provide direction and assistance to customers who may not understand how to use the automated system.

  • Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate answers to customer inquiries and concerns, effectively solving issues, trouble-shooting entry-level technical issues, and keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
  • Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile

IDEAL CANDIDATE SKILLS

  • Resourceful to problem solve independently
  • An expert at bringing enthusiasm and excitement to all projects and tasks
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Champion at multitasking, setting priorities and managing time effectively
  • Moderate computer skills, such as knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • At least three years experience working as a Customer Support Representative or in a Call Center that also required solid office skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced board game, shuffleboard and accuracy in Nerf dart skills are always highly beneficial
