Sr. MARKETING DATA ANALYST

We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Marketing Data Analyst to develop, customize, maintain, and coordinate marketing reporting and metrics as it relates to the entire Marketing cycle from lead generation to sales conversion.

This role is 100% remote.

Sr. MARKETING DATA ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

Model data, interpret data, create reports and visualizations, and forecast expected outcomes.

Bring a strategic vision to life by breaking down the tasks required to help the business understand the data that drives their business.

Measuring marketing campaign effectiveness.

Present information gathered to senior management across various lines of business.

Automate data-based solutions.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators across a variety of marketing channels.

Communicate and liaison with senior sales leaders to help them interpret and understand the results of their business, identifying key actions or events that led to results.

Monitor KPI’s, metrics, and reports to identify small and large scale trends as they are happening.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Sr. MARKETING DATA ANALYST WHO:

Has knowledge of Marketing Analytics and understands key marketing and sales metrics.

Has the capability of turning raw data into meaningful and powerful visualizations and analytics.

Uses data and analytics to form an objective reality of success and then is able to create visualizations that build a narrative around the facts.

Thrives on creating order from confusion.

Is a natural born communicator, connecting the dots when others cannot and simplifying complex issues and questions.

Willing to show up, learn and grow, as well as bring new ideas, thoughts and perspectives. This is not a passive position. Rather, it is fluid role within a creative, entrepreneurial environment.

Is sales-minded and understands audience persuasion.

Does their best to make wise and informed decisions, even when faced with ambiguity.

Rolls up their sleeves and gets their hands dirty when necessary.

Sr. MARKETING DATA ANALYST SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years demonstrated experience in creating/maintaining sales and marketing KPI’s and dashboards

Previous marketing analytics experience preferred.

University Degree, Post Graduate qualifications in related field preferred but not required.

Knowledge of full funnel marketing strategies, marketing attribution, digital media, user engagement.

Visualization Software Expertise: Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.

Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics,

Highly competent with SQL Server

Intermediate knowledge of R or Python.
