Job Description

Media Manager

We are looking for a Media Manager with a proven track record of building and designing creative assets with multiple iterations, and spearheading successful A/B/C testing with deep visual analysis experience.

The Media Manager will have a heavy hand in asset creation, iterating new and existing assets, collaborating with the internal and external creative teams, in addition to contributing to overall integrated marketing programs.

This is a 100% remote opportunity

Media Manager Responsibilities

Manage the creation of assets and content for a variety of media platforms, including but not limited to advertisements, website, Social Media, promotional and education videos, and product collateral

Execute multiple, simultaneous design and creative projects that would effectively reach and resonate with target audiences

Manage the relationship with internal and external creative teams and/or freelancers

Gather and share insights about both our visual story development process and the impact of our work.

Liaise with Comms/Creative teams to ensure brand consistency

Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability

Monitor KPIs and performance of assets and provide recommendations for improvement

Collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, on all aspects of multimedia projects including planning (especially TV/Video), content, production level and platforms, turnaround time, corrections, approvals, and project estimates

Apply visual design best practice principles to the design and development of static and interactive elements (graphics, videos, photos, print, animations, etc.), while maintaining FAR brand standards.

Media Manager Requirements

Independent thinker with experimentalist mindset

Demonstrates standout creative thinking and have exceptional design skills

Possess an enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach towards work.

Proven work experience visual analysis and design

Have a keen and creative eye for design, advanced skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, etc.)

Experience with visual communication principles

Familiarity with web design and content management systems

Experience with HubSpot a plus

3-5 years of creative production or marketing agency experience.

BA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Media or related field preferred.
