Call Center Customer Service Supervisor

We have a Well-Established, Highly Successful and Nationally Respected client which operates a solid online sales & service presence with multiple distribution centers across the US. They are in a major growth mode and in need of a CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR overseeing and coaching agents handling live escalations and customer service inquiries. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Call/Contact Center Customer Service experience and 2+ years in a leadership capacity. Candidate will be highly motivated, can build cross-functional relationships, be an independent decision maker, a multi-tasker, be solution-oriented, possess both solid follow through and time management skills.
COMPENSATION: $55K - $60K Base Salary + Bonus Potential
