CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER that will be focused on Customer Service and Support for the UCC product line, i.e. UCC lien or the UCC filing process. Candidate will have current or prior expertise with vehicle title processing and management and/or dealing with financial institutions relative to mortgage related documents etc.; preferably in a Call Center or Contact Center environment. Must have great & proven leadership skills and experience as well as solid analytical skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Experience

  • Proven people Leadership skills

  • Strong ability to drive/create a production environment

  • Process – Strong ability to create process efficiencies

  • Proven history of keeping staff accountable

  • Change Management – Candidate should have good Change Management skills

COMPENSTATION: $75K + Base Commensurate with Experience, Bonus Potential & Some Relo Assistance
