One of the Largest and Fastest Growing companies in their field is seeking a proven leader for their SENIOR MANAGER – CUSTOMER CARE opening in the Seattle area. Individual will be responsible for the daily operation of the call center, including member services, project management, best practices, performance and resource management, inclusive of staffing, scheduling & adherence, training, quality assurance, process development and oversight. Ideal candidate will have solid call center hands-on leadership experience at the Senior Manager level and will have had experience working with Work at Home Agents.
Must have 8+ years of Call Center Management Experience within a Customer Care environment. Health Care experience is a huge plus! Candidate must be adept at the Strategic, Analytical / Technical and Tactical levels; someone who can create a scalable Strategy and Updated Processes, Tools and Procedures who can produce and manage the Staffing Model (WFM) as well as an Omni-Channel Platform (Voice, e-mail, Chat, Digital, etc..) Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
