We are seeking an experienced CALL CENTER SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER for a Growing, Solid and High Energy company to be located in the Lynchburg, VA area. Individual must have at least six (6) years of Call Center Leadership and B2B experience. Must have a mix of managing in a Sales and Customer Service environment with experience in hiring, training, and scripting of a call center staff is a must! Will also have experience in managing and training both an In-House call center staff as well as WAH employees. Any experience in a Healthcare Call Center would be a big plus! Must be proficient in MS Office and ERP required and NetSuite experience would be a great benefit.
