Hours: Full time, business hours - Contract through September with potential to extend or go perm.
POSITION SUMMARY: Answers general inbound and places outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
- Takes care of inbound and outbound calls that are primarily routine or basic in nature with intent to complete customers tasks or needs
- Follows basic procedures and scripts, using fundamental knowledge to navigate company's customer information systems and/or order system along with a basic knowledge of company, services, and products.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- 5-7 years of experience in call center setting
