The CSI Companies is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative in the Oldsmar, FL area.
Duration: Contract to Hire
Hours: M-F Standard Business Hours
- Management/indexing of electronic signed orders through EMR system (KanTime/WorldView), processing exception and fax errors to appropriate personnel. Routes faxes containing changes written by physicians to EMR orders to appropriate Clinical Supervisor/Manager for follow up.
- Management of outstanding orders to include contacting physician’s office – verification of physician demographics (i.e. fax number/address) and re-sending orders for signature.
- Answer telephone inquiries and channel them appropriately. Includes collection of caller details and appropriate communication of messages. Demonstrated competence with a multi-line telephone and the transfer of calls, etc., required.
- Basic upkeep of office copy machines – replacement of ink, paper, cleaning of rollers, etc.
- Able to communicate professionally via phone, emails, and faxes.
- Regular attendance at clerical meetings.
- Home health and/or previous EMR knowledge a plus.
