CSI Professional is actively seeking a Customer Care Representative to support the Client Services department for our client located in Johnston, Rhode Island. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established mortgage banking firm!

Schedule: 40 hours/week
Pay: $16 - $18/hr based off of experience
Location: Johnston, RI 02919
Duration: Contract - Peak Season
This department handles incoming calls in regards to banking information, this contract will be throughout the peak processing time period for this department.
- This position will require someone who can problem solve, troubleshoot, and think through a problem.
- Desire to meet and exceed sales objectives/goals
- Ability to articulate what we have to offer our existing or potential customers
- Confidence and conviction in our product to advise clients on financial resolutions to meet their needs
- Positive attitude and high energy level
- A "Can-do Attitude" and has the ability to think "Outside the Box"
- Team player; able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to learn and share new concepts quickly
- Customer Service Experience
- Banking is a plus.
- Ability to use Outlook email
- Previous Sales or Call Center experience preferred
- This position is within a call center with call volume between 50-70 calls per day.
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years previous call center experience
