Cost Control Engineer/Corporate Real Estate Facilities
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within Project and Cost Control, SAP and Microsoft Excel software, and cash stream forecasting and analysis is required.
- Previously documented professional experience working in Utilities or Oil and Gas is required.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver and construct cost management services including accruals, change orders, and contract administration.
· Correspond with customers referencing budget forecasting, square footage utilization metrics, real estate facility management tactics, workstation familiarity, and cost reduction proposals.
· Monitor cost forecasting and reporting, budget management and control, and change management.
· Speak to partners concerning property outlines, emergency preparedness forecasting, site inspections, facility assessments, work order advancement documentation, and additional relational submissions.
· Maintain oversight of contract administration, close out administration, procurement and earned value management, and value engineering.
- Manage the execution of operations and preservation within a region, ensuring all contract binding agreements are met or exceeded within the prescribed budget.
- Assure timely submission of organizational and capital proposed budgets.
- Schedule monthly evaluations of running performance against contract commitments and guarantee scheduled meetings with the fitting occupational affiliates.
- Assume responsibility for facility examinations for quality assurance on a calendar dedicated deliverable.
- Guarantee property practices comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, or an equivalent degree. Master’s degree preferred.
· Preferred certifications may include PMP, PE, CCM, CCP, PSP, EVP, etc.
