The Technology Solutions & Services team is expanding and broadening our solutions delivery team. As such, we are seeking to build a cohesive team of solution delivery professionals capable of supporting a mixture of both project-based solution deliveries as well as supporting multi-year sustainment contracts. Our team members must be team-oriented, client focused, adaptable and quality driven. Our team endorses every project with standardized processes and resource alignment that leverage ISO 9001 & CMMI Level 3 Services best practice guidelines to ensure high quality delivery. In addition, we leverage established delivery values to ensure success as we plan with our clients their mission for addressing digital transformation, cloud provisioning and IT modernization.
To address talent optimization of our team, we apply Predictive Index as a tool for establishing and aligning our project delivery teams to ensure we align with our client requirement. The Building People are seeking full-time BUILDER Data Analyst/Quality Control SME’s (Subject Matter Expert) for supporting multiple assessment field teams with operational knowledge and experience with BUILDER SMS V3.5+ in either general building, interior, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, or roofing systems. This effort is to support field assessment projects across CONUS/OCONUS for a large US Department of Defense agency, through a multi-year contract period.
Qualified candidates will have the ability to:
-
Perform data assessments of field gathered data through BUILDER – data analysis and quality control over a large portfolio of Federal properties

Adhere to data quality standards as defined in the project plan
-
Identify and document building equipment and components and provide justification for determination of the physical condition
-
Understand a project work plan and execute based on a client’s requirements
-
Work under the direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and standard practices
-
Assess multiple buildings within large complexes on a daily basis identifying major components and sub-components as well as supporting systems
-
Directly support report development, execution and delivery
Additional Duties:
-
Oversee performance of quality management team for data compliance
-
Adhere to project schedules
-
Communication skills for addressing client requirements as well as any back-office discussions.

Support content development & technical writing for assessment work deliverables
-
Travel for extended periods of time both CONUS & OCONUS
Required Skills:
-
Operate as a member of a survey team, in a field situation, potentially remote locations
-
Conduct all scope of services abiding by safety precautions
-
Self-starter, minimal management oversight
-
Knowledge of ISO 9001/CMMI quality control processes
Required Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field (may substitute technical college/trade school plus experience)
Required Qualifications:
-
5-7 years’ experience with BUILDER SMS
-
Field assessment experience working within Dept of Defense facilities
-
Knowledge of facilities operations & maintenance, building systems,
-
Minimum 5 years of experience conducting facility condition assessments
-
Technical Knowledge and field experience with BUILDER™ SMS V3.5+; elements, sections, condition rating, job plans, reports, scenarios
-
Technical Knowledge and field experience with BRED
-
Understanding of UNIFORMAT II asset data cataloging structure, specifically Level 5; A 10 Foundations, A20 Basement Construction, B1O Superstructure, B20 Exterior Closure, B30 Roofing, C1O Interior Construction, C20 Staircases, C30 Interior Finishes, D10 Conveying Systems, D20 Plumbing, 030 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), D40 Fire Protection, and D50 Electrical

Ability to travel 50% or more and work flexible hours

Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Visio and Excel plus experience using SharePoint

Strong written and oral communications skills, including experience with technical writing

Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines

Ability to work flexible hours

Maintain active Secret/Top Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
