FUNCTIONAL FAMILY THERAPY (FFT) CLINICIAN - Rosemont - North Columbus (Linden neighborhood)
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an individual with mental health clinical training and experience to provide Functional Family Therapy (FFT) services to youth and their families in a community-based setting.
FFT is a strength-based, short-term, evidenced based intervention that serves 11 to 18 year-old youth, and their families, who have been referred for behavioral and/or emotional problems by the juvenile justice system, community mental health agencies, schools, and child welfare agencies.

Duties include assessment, treatment, and collaboration with families, youth, and community agency staff.
Clinicians function as part of an FFT team and participate in weekly team supervision and consultation.
FFT clinical training opportunities are provided.
Applicant must be able to work non-traditional hours and be available to provide periodic on-call 24-hour coverage.
** $2,500 new hire bonus details: $1,000 following completion of orientation; $500 at 6 months; and $1,000 following completion of one year of service in this position.
- Master’s degree in a human services field
- State of Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT license in good standing
Preferred, but not required:
- FFT experience
- Specific experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy; Solution-Focused Therapy; and behaviorally-based treatments
